From Sea Kayaking Courses Advanced Sottocosta

Saturday 10 and Sunday, September 11, 2011 will be held courses Advanced Sea Kayak with the sole Kayak Sea Canoe Kayak Friuli.
The advanced course Sottocosta is for those who already have experience and has already attended a basic course and aims to refine the techniques learned, correct any defects and improve the control of the kayak.
The advanced course takes place in open water and exposed to conditions more demanding than the basic course and provides in-depth theoretical and practical classes to achieve good control of the kayak and a complete knowledge of rescue techniques and self-rescue (eskimo to return, return with the paddle-float, towing a kayak, assisted rescue with two or three kayaks etc).
Participants · i: is a collective course played with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 students.
Location: Village of the Fisherman (Ts) and Trieste coast.
